Cancellation Policy

Upon making a reservation, the customer agrees to abide by our checkout and payment policy. To guarantee your appointment session/s, we request that you pay the requested the downpayment or entire amount online upon checkout to guarantee your reservation. You will be required to pay the full amount on your reserved date if you elect to pay the down payment only. Unpaid (Cash Only) sessions are subject to double booking or cancellation if: 1) the customer does not pay down payment or full amount requested upon checkout 2) Customer does not notify stylist in advance of arrival 3) A paid reservation has been submitted by a different user/client, 4) Both 1 & 2 To reschedule, please contact us 24hrs in advance. Appointments cannot be cancelled once payment has been submitted. Tardiness/No Shows/Cancellations Policy: 1) If a customer has paid in full and does not attend appointment, a refund less cancellation, transaction fees, and no show fees will be issued to the customer. 2) Be charged by the hourly rate if the service provider decides to perform and complete the service past reserved time slot 3) Be subject to our watchlist and eventually deny service to allow new and recurrent customers access to those time slots. Staff Unplanned Emergencies: In the event your barber or stylist cannot attend a scheduled appointment, the customer may elect to 1) Reschedule with the same staff at a later date with no penalty fees, 2) retain their appt space and assigned a different barber/stylists 3) Both options 1 & 2 • Avoid penalty fees by rescheduling your reservation in the event of emergencies! We value the time it takes for our staff to show up fully prepared and ready to provide quality service to our current and future customers.
